This support group is an oportunity for you to get live feedback and ask questions. You will also get to meet and hear about what other people are working on. It's ment to be a support group to support the long term journy of changing behavior. 

Behavior modification can be a langthy and sometimes lonley journey as friends and family might be outside looking in sugesting punitive and potentially detrmental short term solutions to your much deeper problem. We are here to support each others small but might vicories with other animal parents that can empethize with what it's like moving at bialogical speed.
